Listen, I did my meal prep this week. I really did, but it’s so boring and uneventful that I took zero pictures of it. You’ve already seen it!
I’m on week three of 2 eggs, turkey sausage, and half a grapefruit for breakfast. It’s going well, and I’m staying full until lunch time.
Lunches this week is just 4 ounces of turkey lunchmeat, 1 ounce of shard cheddar cheese, 15 grams of almonds, and some bell peppers.
See? boring, humdrum, un-inspiring, but I did it! I still did the thing, and I’m going to eat it. I was feeling under-the-weather again over the weekend so it was kind of amazing that I even did the meal prep. So, I’m feeling pretty proud of myself coming into Monday and still not feeling great.
Actually, I feel the kind of awful where I just want to eat everything, and I’m trying hard not to. Blerg. Happy Monday! Hope yours is going better than mine.
